Tasmania’s top Northern and Southern Premier League teams have made it through to the Grand Final of the Forestry Tasmania Final Series this weekend.
South Hobart and the Northern Rangers successfully played off against Devonport and Burnie respectively to make it to the final game of the series.
The FT Final Series has been played over the last two weeks and has seen Tasmania’s top eight teams from around the state play off for the ultimate bragging rights and title of the best team in the state.
After the success of the inaugural statewide Final Series last year, the championships have been cemented in the football calendar again in 2010 where a Womens series has also been included.
The Grand Final this weekend is sure to be a great match with South Hobart and the Northern Rangers both winning their respective Premier league competitions earlier this year.
