The hardwood and softwood three year production plans include schedules for road construction and harvesting of all forest products on a District basis.

The plans are prepared according to guidelines approved by Forestry Tasmania following consultation with the forest industry, government agencies and specialist areas of Forestry Tasmania. The plans are consistent with the Regional Forest Agreement and the Forestry Growth Plan and the Tasmanian Community Forest Agreement.

The list of coupes, potentially available for road construction and wood production for the three years of the Plan (2006/07 – 2008/9), are available by clicking on the DISTRICT name in the left hand menu. The maps show the indicative location and extent of the intended harvest operations.

Actual boundaries and operational specifications will only be determined following detailed field surveys and community consultation and will be documented in a Forest Practices Plan

These Plans are prepared prior to the commencement of harvesting operations and are available for inspection at the local Forestry Tasmania District office.

Any additional coupes, which are formally approved before July 2007 will be included in the Addendum with maps attached.
