August workshops for potential partners in Maydena Activity Hub

THE application period has now closed for tourism operators to submit expressions of interest in becoming part of Forestry Tasmania’s latest tourism operation, the Maydena Adventure Hub.

100 days on the run – raising more than a sweat for CanTeen

MOST people can’t even imagine running a marathon, but for the next three months it will be a daily event for 68 year old Vlastislav Skvaril. Vlastik, from the North West Tasmanian town of Burnie, will run from 5768 kilometres from Australia’s most westerly point, Shark Bay in Western Australia to the most easterly point, Byron Bay in NSW.
