FORESTRY Tasmania has won the Ride to Work Day Workplace Challenge participation award for businesses with between 100-239 staff for the second year in a row.

This year with 27 people registered to be part of the event, most of whom ride to work on a regular basis.

The FT team was among an estimated up to 140,000 workers around Australia who took part in Ride to Work in October

Participation rates were announced last week and FT’s rate of 18 per cent was up on last year’s 12 per cent rate.

Congratulations to all who took part.

As category winners the FT team will receive two Nike bike jerseys and a bicycle computer which will be allocated by a raffle of team members’ names.
