Ovens wattle is a tall open or dense shrub with triangular foliage and bright yellow flowers in spring. An excellent ornamental shrub which is adaptable to a range of soil types and climatic conditions. Found widely throughout Victoria and New South Wales. This species is a rapid coloniser and may be considered an environmental weed in some situations.
